Although we are just a little more that half way through the 12 month Business Development Program we already have seen great results.  In the past, many things we had talked about doing in our business never came to fruition because we didn't have the right tools to see them through.  Although we could often see the big picture, we got bogged down in the daily "to-do's" and didn't focus on what really mattered if we were to move ahead.

With Peter DeShane's gentle coaching approach, and the step-by-step Business Development Program we are evaluating all areas of both our business and personal life.  We are finally working on our business as well as in it.  The program has given us a renewed enthusiasm and direction in which to channel our energies, both at work and in our personal lives.  The 2 week sessions provide the appropriate time frame in which to do our "homework" and come prepared to the next session.  We have found the topics on Sales, Strategic Planning and Life Balance to be valuable and look forward to the upcoming months as we discuss these along with Managing and Financial Success.
