I love speaking to groups. It's in my blood!
Where others tremble at the thought of being in front of a group, I tingle with excitement.
The passion, camaraderie and connection that can come from a group of people sharing a positive experience can ignite creativity, blast through barriers and change lives. I see my role as a catalyst that helps people create these experiences for themselves.
The programs that I create are highly interactive and based on creating not only a great experience in the moment but also giving the participants skills and tools that they will be able to use the moment they leave the seminar.
My main focus in speaking is in the realm of communication:
Our quality of life, ability to succeed and ultimately our happiness is directly affected by these two questions.
While I've got 3 main programs and several smaller programs that address these issues, if you ask any of my clients, they'll tell you that I'm a stickler for personalising my programs to your needs - every organisation is different and their programs need to reflect that.
The main programs that I offer are:
Persuasion Dynamics - A seminar that will teach you how to communicate powerfully with people at multiple levels of intelligence. You'll never look at communication the same ever again.
The Coaching Clinic - As our organisations move from a hierarchical model to a horizontally empowered model, leaders need to learn how to draw out their people's own brilliance and motivation. The Coaching Clinic provides leaders at all levels with the skills to do this.
Strategic Planning - Many business owners spend so much time working IN their business that they forget to work ON their business. Likewise, many people who are being brought up the leadership ladder, have to learn how to move from a small time frame focus to a progressively larger one. Using brain-friendly techniques, we teach people how to think strategically, get it down on paper and then how to execute the strategy at a tactical level.
Community Seminars - These are short 2-3 hour seminars that are designed to empower people, have some fun and expand people's horizons. Their focus is on personal growth and awareness.
